On 6 December, in the lovely scenery of Bukowina Tatrzańska, the 4th edition of Europe’s biggest themed camp for women in IT, Women in Tech Camp, will start.
This four-day event, organised as part of the IT for SHE programme, supporting STEM higher education for young women as well as women in the tech industry in general, is intended for 150 of the most talented female IT students from all over Poland; a series of workshops and mentoring sessions with experts from the biggest tech companies awaits them there. The idea of the camp is to inspire young women to develop professionally in the IT industry, to introduce them with the particulars of the job market and to strengthen improve their competencies.
This year younger girls will join the students. As part of the Women in Tech Camp YOUTH the organisers will invite 25 high schoolers who will have the opportunity to participate not just in workshops and mentoring, but also meet their older colleagues who share their passion.
Women in Tech Camp means for days of education, development, and great fun! The organisers of this year’s edition not only took care to ensure excellent quality of the workshops and mentoring sessions, but also a lot of other attractions to help the participants catch wind in their sails, believe in themselves and set a firm course towards realisation of their professional dreams!
