Country Manager / Ericsson Polska
As the Country Manager for Poland I am responsible for the business of Ericsson in Poland with service providers and industry verticals. I am looking to develop this business as we move towards a networked society where everything is connected shaped by 5G, Cloud and IOT.
Ericsson Poland has over 3000 employees with strong representation in R&D, services and sales. There are over 2000 R&D engineers in Krakow and Lodz developing software for Ericsson Radio System and core & cloud solutions. In Warsaw we have the main sales and commercial office together with software developers for our managed services solutions. Ericsson also has employees based at other 20 sites in Poland, including Katowice, Gdansk and Poznan delivering our managed services business.
I have a degree in Physics from Nottingham University and started my career with Hardware and then Software Development. I have had lots of different roles as Engineering Manager, IT Director, Contracts Delivery, Head of Programme Management, Product Management, Central European CTO and now I am Country Manager enjoying living in Poland.
Outside of work I love all sports activities, I enjoy travelling, meeting new people and being inspired by the achievements of people and teams.
