- The program is intended for young women studying IT and similar subjects.
- Program duration: June – December 2022.
- The willingness to join the program is expressed by submitting an application.
- The persons applying to the program will be informed about the results by email.
- The inauguration Meeting for the mentoring pairs will be held on 7th June 2022 in Warsaw.
- Further contact between the mentor and the mentee will develop informally and individually, respecting the individuality and needs of both parties.
- Mentoring pairs will work on the mentee’s development according to the goals established at the Inauguration Meeting.
- The Mentoring Program will end with a presentation of the mentoring pairs’ work during the Final Meeting - December 2022.
- All the participants will be asked to evaluate the program.
