The rules of participation in the mentoring program

  1. The program is intended for young women studying IT and similar subjects.
  2. Program duration: June – December 2022.
  3. The willingness to join the program is expressed by submitting an application.
  4. The persons applying to the program will be informed about the results by email.
  5. The inauguration Meeting for the mentoring pairs will be held on 7th June 2022 in Warsaw.
  6. Further contact between the mentor and the mentee will develop informally and individually, respecting the individuality and needs of both parties.
  7. Mentoring pairs will work on the mentee’s development according to the goals established at the Inauguration Meeting.
  8. The Mentoring Program will end with a presentation of the mentoring pairs’ work during the Final Meeting - December 2022.
  9. All the participants will be asked to evaluate the program.
